Patching, backups, documentation, access reviews: that is where outages are actually prevented. We do them on a schedule, not on a reminder.

Every environment we run is written down well enough that someone else could take it over. That is the test, and it is not optional.

Each operating company holds its own contracts and keeps its own books; the liabilities it carries are its own. A dispute or a bad debt stays where it happens instead of spreading across the group.
The holding company sells nothing and serves no clients directly. That distinction is what makes the separation mean anything.
